All three were identified through dental records, the coroner said. A cause of death for each victim is still pending.

The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office identified three people killed in a car crash during a Saturday morning chase.

According to Coroner Rusty Clevenger, the victims have been identified as Luke Sherashenkov, 15, Gennadii Kretov, 19, and the driver, Danny Kravtsov, 17.

All three were identified through dental records, according to Clevenger. A cause of death for each victim is still pending.

The death of the teens is related to a weekend incident involving the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Bill Rhyne said the chase started after the teens fled from deputies attempting to make contact with them around 2 a.m. The car eventually crashed into a tree near the intersection of U.S. Highway 221 and Fosters Grove.

Sheriff Rhyne told reporters the car immediately caught on fire.
