Officers issued an arrest warrant for Keyan Rundell, 17, on two counts of second-degree murder.
He is considered to be armed and dangerous, according to officers.
Dustin Rose, 19, wasn’t just a Citadel cadet. He was also a part of the South Carolina National Guard before he was killed July 29. Rose was shot alongside his friend, Samson Campbell, 18.
“The families of Dustin Rose and Samson Campbell deserve justice,” said DeLand Police Chief Jason Umberger. “If you know where Keyan Rundell is, now is the time to come forward.”
