Molly's Kitchen California Style Pasta Salad was shipped to distributers along the East Coast including South Carolina.

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. in Halifax, N.C. is recalling about 5,300 pounds of ready-to-eat pasta salad because the products may instead contain chicken salad. The item was shipped to distributers along the East Coast including South Carolina.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Services (FSIS), the 5 pound plastic tub packages of Molly's Kitchen California Style Pasta Salad was produced on June 11 and has a use by date of July 16, 2026. The establishment number is P-00874.

While there have been no confirmed reports of allergic reactions from eating the salad, FSIS is urging anyone who purchased the products to throw them out or return them to the store.
