The state Department of Consumer Affairs (SCDCA) will host a free webinar Wednesday, April 22, to help South Carolinians better understand their electric bills.
The webinar will explore charges, rates and other information that may appear on bills. The timely topic comes ahead of summer and follows back-to-back winter storms that caused many residents to notice a spike in costs.
The one-hour webinar will begin at 10:30 a.m. Anyone interested in joining may register here.
